Shopping & Orders

How do I place an order?

1. Browse products or use the search bar.
2. Select your preferred product.
3. Choose the quantity or options (if applicable).
4. Click Add to Cart.
5. Proceed to Checkout.
6. Enter your delivery details.
7. Complete payment securely.
8. Receive your order confirmation.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can request to modify or cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

You can also view your order status by logging into your VendciteShops account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers, including:

Is my payment secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed using secure, encrypted payment gateways. VendciteShops does not store your debit or credit card information.

We currently deliver to locations across Nigeria.

Delivery availability depends on the coverage of our logistics partners.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Account & Security

Do I need an account to shop?

No.

You may be able to shop as a guest where available. However, creating an account allows you to:

• Save delivery addresses
• View your order history
• Enjoy a faster checkout experience

Are your products genuine?
