Returns & Refund Policy

By placing an order with VendciteShops, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is incomplete or missing parts.
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on our website.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels intact.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

VendciteShops reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly:

• Perishable goods
• Food and beverages
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Underwear and swimwear
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Downloadable digital products
• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Include clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
4. Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

4. Exchange Policy

Where stock is available, eligible products may be exchanged for:

• The same item.
• Another item of equal value (subject to approval).
• A higher-value item after payment of the price difference.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A defective product,
• An incorrect item sent by VendciteShops, or
• An error on our part,

VendciteShops will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the eligibility requirements in this policy.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect delivery address, any refund issued may be reduced by applicable shipping or handling costs incurred by VendciteShops.

9. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

VendciteShops reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if:

• The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
• The item is missing accessories or original packaging.
• The return request falls outside the stated return period.
• The return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
